Our client, a family-run company, is seeking a talented Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales experience looking for a supportive, family-oriented company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales to generate new business
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to maximise opportunities
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients
  • Schedule appointments for the Managing Director with potential clients
  • Address inquiries related to HM Customs
  • Enter collections and deliveries into the company's internal systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone
  • Provide administrative support to the office manager

We are seeking a candidate with proven sales and administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
