A thriving manufacturing enterprise in North Manchester, noted as being Europe's biggest maker of retailers' own brand household goods. Seeking to recruit a HR Officer on a permanent basis.

Your new role

As a HR Officer, you will provide a full HR Business Partnering service to all key stakeholders at the manufacturing site. In this dynamic role, you'll engage in a variety of activities including,

• Coaching and advising
• Employee relations (disciplinary, grievance, absence management)
• Talent management
• Organisational development & design
• Maintaining the HR System (Workday)
• Employee engagement.

This position is ideal for an experienced HR Advisor/Officer who has thrived in a fast-paced working environment, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, or retail. It's equally well-suited for an individual who is dedicated, driven, and eager to take on challenges.

What you will need to succeed

• Manufacturing/logistics experience ideally
• CIPD or working towards
• Proactive and flexible approach
• Generalist HR experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
