Description
As the Production Engineer you will be tasked with the following;
- Enhance production processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues and work on solutions.
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems.
- Collaborate with other engineers, managers, and staff for project development.
- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Implement cost-reductive changes.
- Maintain documentation for industry and company compliance.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings.
Profile
A successful Production Engineer should have:
- A Qualification in Engineering such as; HNC, ONC, HND, NVQ
- Proficiency in evaluating and improving production processes.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective work relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary package between £40,000 - £45,000
