Sales Account Manager

Remote/Hybrid (Ideal location Manchester/Rochdale area)

Negotiable salary with uncapped commission

Our client is a successful multi-services organisation and as part of their further growth, they are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Account Manager who will lead the account development and penetration strategy the business. The ideal candidates should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service.

With offices in London, the Northwest and Scotland you will join a passionate company who are committed to providing high quality services to new clients and existing customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking through existing clients/contacts and lead generation.
  • Develop positive relationship with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.

The Person:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales role (Security industry knowledge / facilities / cleaning preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
  • Solid understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a results-oriented mindset.
