If so, Aspire People want to hear from you!Job Description:As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in a primary school in Rochdale you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of students in EYFS, KS1, or KS2. The roles will be either day 2 day, short term or long term. Your responsibilities will include:Classroom Support: Aiding the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.Individualized Support: Offering one-on-one or small group support to students with varying educational needs, helping them to reach their full potential.Behaviour Management: Assisting in maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere, supporting the implementation of behaviour management strategies.Resource Preparation: Preparing and organizing teaching materials, helping to create an interactive and stimulating learning environment.Assessment Support: Assisting with the assessment and tracking of student progress, helping to identify areas where additional support may be needed.Parent and Teacher Collaboration: Communicating with parents and teachers, attending meetings, and contributing to the overall educational experience.To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).Experience working in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 classrooms in a primary school setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to the welfare and educational progress of children.A positive and proactive attitude.The ability to work effectively as part of a team.All candidates who register with Aspire People will have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed and must be on the update service.All offers are conditional upon satisfactory checks.How to Apply:To apply for the Level 3 Teaching Assistant position, please submit your CV and we will be in touch shortly.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
