Office Administrator
Padstone require a keen and experienced office-based administrator to start a temp-perm role for a construction client in Medway.
Role Responsibilities:
- General administration - answering calls & managing multiple email mailboxes.
- Supporting the FM Service Desk Team
- Maintaining document Trackers - using Excel
- Scheduling, confirming and managing work for Engineers
- Uploading candidate information onto Company database
- Liaising with Clients.
- Invoicing
- Managing quotations
- Purchasing materials
- Manage engineers assignments
- Run and manage reports
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Basic Knowledge of Facilities Management in the construction industry
- Great Communication Skills
- Competent Knowledge of Microsoft Platforms
- Strong Teamwork Skills
- Patience
- Organisation
