Customer Delivery Coordinator - Control Centre
Location: Rochester
Salary: 26,482 per annum + shift allowance, with OTE 27,000
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 4 on 4 off, 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights, weekends and public holidays)

Are you calm under pressure and passionate about making a difference? Join a 24/7 Control Centre team delivering essential monitoring and response services to protect vulnerable individuals and commercial properties.

As a Customer Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in both telecare call handling and CCTV monitoring. Your work will help safeguard lives, provide reassurance to service users, and maintain security across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to telecare and assistive technology alerts, providing reassurance and taking decisive action when required.
  • Monitor CCTV systems, identify potential issues, and escalate incidents according to established protocols.
  • Handle out-of-hours emergency calls, coordinating with emergency services and internal teams to ensure rapid response.
  • Maintain accurate records and report technical issues promptly.

Who we're looking for:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Genuine interest in supporting vulnerable people and promoting independent living.
  • Excellent multitasking, decision-making, and digital literacy.
  • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern, including nights and weekends.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Experience in customer service, call handling, or emergency response environments.
  • Ability to quickly interpret complex information and take appropriate action.
  • Must pass Level 1 Police Non-Police Personnel Vetting and Enhanced DBS checks.

Desirable:

  • SIA CCTV licence or control centre experience.
  • Knowledge of data protection and public space surveillance legislation.
  • Experience supporting vulnerable adults.
