I am seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Director of a growing manufacturing organisation. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, and a strong work ethic.
Day to Day of the role as a Personal Assistant:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure efficient time management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and ensure all aspects of trips are organised.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to support the Director’s work.
- Conduct research and compile data to inform decision-making processes.
- Organise and provide support for both personal and business management tasks.
- Oversee building management and ensure the maintenance of a professional work environment.
- Support and organise social events that enhance company culture and employee engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications for a Personal Assistant:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Experience working in a very fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
