Location: Stanley House, Anthonys Way, Medway City Estate, Rochester, Kent, ME2 4NF

Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00am – 17:00pm (40 hours, Full time permanent position)

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Our Training Team are looking to recruit for an additional In House Trainer.

The Training Team at MTS Cleansing are a respected professional department, who deliver industry led training and bespoke in-house courses. Not only do we train all of our own employees, we have a large customer base of external customers that we train to the highest standard. MTS Cleansing Services are committed to a high level of Health and Safety. Our employees are the most important part of our business and making sure they “Go home Safe” is paramount.

What will the job involve?

• Have a knowledge of the waste and drainage industry and/or water industry.
• Have a high standard of knowledge of Health & Safety and associated legislation.
• Carry out the MTS Induction to all new employees, to set the pace for the new employees’ journey.
• To carry out all industry led training to the highest level and standards.
• To keep your personal CPD up to date with current legislation and knowledge.
• The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated and confident in the delivery of training.

What do we need from you:

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• EAT or equivalent qualified
• EUSR National Water Hygiene trainer
• EUSR SHEA Water/ Drains and Sewer trainer
• Microsoft office literate
• Experience in writing, designing and delivering training courses

• TAQA qualified or equivalent
• Manual handling trainer
• First Aid trainer
• NRSWA Trainer
