My client, a prominent financial wealth services firm based in Kent, is dedicated to delivering a premium service and administrative support to its clients. With a strong focus on excellence across all operations, they prioritise client satisfaction and continual improvement. Currently, they are recruiting an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager in financial wealth services to join their growing team.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations of the practice and it’s staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a team of Financial Administrators to ensure accurate and efficient task completion.

• Collaborating with the Leadership Team to drive positive business outcomes.

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

• Monitoring key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

• Building strong client relationships and ensuring their needs are met.

• Leading and developing support staff to optimise performance.

• Managing basic HR issues and conducting team member reviews.

• Overseeing workflow and service standards to maintain high quality.

• Facilitating smooth office operations and facilities management.

• Implementing efficient processes to optimise task flow.

• Overseeing client case management to ensure timely and accurate handling of enquiries, requests, and transactions.

• Creating comprehensive training plans to enhance support staff skills and capabilities for exceptional client service delivery.

The ideal candidate for this role should have prior experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar operational capacity, such as a Team Leader, Compliance Manager or Office Manager.

The main criteria is that you have previously worked within the financial services sector, demonstrating a strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proven leadership and management abilities. Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills are valued traits, reflecting a commitment to overcoming challenges and driving continuous improvement. A dedication to ongoing learning and self-improvement is paramount, alongside advanced computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. The candidate should be motivated and enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic and progressive business environment, while also possessing a sound understanding of regulatory guidelines within the industry.
