Key Account Manager

The General Manager at this leading name in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, known for innovative products and commitment to customer satisfaction, is looking to attract into their team a Key Account Manager to maximise on commercial relationships with new and existing customers.

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Typical responsibilities as Key Account Manager will be to: -

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and run account-specific strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services to key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and sales activities.

The successful candidate will: -

• Be experienced achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Have strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
