Company Description:
A globally recognised manufacturer of safety critical components is looking to recruit an Electrical / Electronic Engineer to join their team due to further expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Support capture of customer software and systems requirements
- Prepare new electrical drawings and modify existing drawings.
- Assist in verification and qualification test activities.
- Input customer requirements into system and software product requirements.
- Prepare procedures and documentation for product verification, validation and qualification.
- Software validation
- Provide system integration guidance to Design team during the initial design of a range of products regarding system electrical architecture, software design and operation, design for EMC, wiring schematics and safety related issues.
Skills & Experience:
- HNC/HND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering discipline
- Experience of Electrical, EMC or software test plan creation
- Experience of DO160 electrical and EMC test requirements
- Knowledge of electronic component selection and substitution
This position is commutable from:
- Southend on Sea, Rochford, Rayleigh, Wickford, Daws Heath, South Benfleet
