Your Mission:

Be the coach, motivator, and strategist your team needs to hit and exceed targets

Turn feedback into fuel - support agents through 1:1s, coaching, and development plans

Own the recruitment of top talent and help shape the future of the sales floor

Keep things smooth - tackle challenges head-on and keep operations running like clockwork

Be the heartbeat of the business, championing customer focus and continuous improvement

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven success in leading telesales/contact centre teams

Natural leadership and top-tier communication skills

A passion for performance, coaching, and team development

Strong commercial acumen and an obsession with smashing KPIs

Bonus points for experience in FCA-regulated environments or Travel Insurance

Microsoft Office savvy - especially Excel (data is your friend)

The Details:

37.5 hours per week | Flexible shifts across Mon-Sun (inc:- one Saturday per month /one Sunday per month)

Contact Centre open:

Mon-Fri: 8:30am-8pm | Sat: 9am-5pm | Sun: 10am-5pm | Bank Holidays: 10am-4pm
