We are a leading recruitment company, seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Mortgage Broker on behalf of our prestigious client based in Harold Wood. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual eager to advance their career in the mortgage industry and grow within a supportive and high-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored mortgage advice to clients, ensuring solutions meet their unique financial needs and circumstances.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ financial situations, including income, expenditures, and existing assets, to determine the most suitable mortgage products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date and compliant advice.
  • Work closely with lenders and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms for clients.
  • Manage the entire mortgage process from initial consultation to completion, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and compliance officers, to ensure all documentation and processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker.
  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, services, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
