Car Sales Executive - Main Dealer - we have both a New and a Used Car Sales Executive role available

55,000 OTE

Brand new Company Car and a Car Scheme for a family too - so two Company Cars!

Our client is representing a great volume brand in a Prime location within a busy dealership - The cars are priced to sell and the warranty and service are very high.

The brand has a long history and continues to dominate both the new and used car markets. We are looking for a driven salesperson to join their team.

This person must be highly target driven and strive to exceed each customers expectations from initial meet and greet through to handing their new car over.

Car Sales Executive Role Requirements

To succeed you must have an insatiable desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence and be able to build outstanding customer relationships.

Franchised Main Dealer background would be a distinct advantage.

Your own standards will dictate that you exceed your customer's expectations in every element of their buying experience mirroring the values of this highly sought-after brand.

As well as concentrating on your own sales targets you will be keen to work as part of a first-class team within this automotive business with great support from the General Sales Manager & Head of Business.

Pay and Benefits

This role has an OTE of 55,000 which is not capped and highly achievable.

Basic salary is 21,000 - 25,000(dependant on last Quarter target + commissions, holiday pay, company car, OTE circa 55k.

5 Days a Week - Hours of Work are Mon - Fri 9 am - 6 pm, Saturday 9 am - 5.30 pm, Sunday 10.00 am - 4 pm (on a rota basis of approx. 1 in 3 or 4).

Work every Saturday but with one Saturday off a month so one full weekend off a month.
