Chef de partie- Romsey - Up to £28,000
An experienced Chef de partie is amazing, event venue / café based in Romsey.
We are looking for someone who enjoys cooking fresh food and will take responsibility for some elements of the kitchen including preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to agreed standards, and will also be helping with events service.
Key Information:
Salary: £28,000
Hours: 5/7 days
Location: Romsey
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
* To ensure the food preparation and presentation meets the required standards
* To keep all working areas clean and tidy
* To supervise and motivate the team when required
* To comply with hotel's health and safety and food safety legislations
* To monitor portion control, fresh food, and dry store orders
In order to be successful, you'll need to have:
* Experience working as a CDP in a similar role / establishment
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Passionate about food
* Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
