Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Registered Manager to join our team in our brand new Home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Children's Home.
  • Provide strong leadership and support to staff members.
  • Ensure that high-quality care is delivered in line with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Implement policies and procedures to promote the well-being and safety of children and young people.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
  • Previous registration as a Manager with Ofsted or the CQC.
  • Proven experience of working with Ofsted or CQC in a regulatory capacity.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
