Carpenter Multi trader required - domestic property maintenanceresponsive repairs across the local area.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking day to day response maintenance repairs and related remedial works
- Ideally from a Carpentry backgroundbut with experience of the following an advantage
- Basic Plumbing, patch repairs, tiling, lock replacements, UPVC / Glazing repairs.
- Maintaining van stock and liaisingwith the planner on distributedroles
- Striving for Customer satisfaction & Interaction to the highest levels
Requirements:
- Time Served/NVQ / C&G qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
- Full tool set
- Full driving license
- van & fuel card provided
