Are you ready to be part of a world-leading and innovative team, designing and developing defence solutions? We are seeking a Shift Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our client's key facility based in Hampshire.
As Shift Maintenance Engineer responsibilities include:
- Conducting electrical and mechanical planned maintenance tasks.
- Fault-finding on automated PLC-controlled production facilities.
- Coordinating follow-up work and identifying spare part requirements.
- Implementing improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
Experience and qualifications required:
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Time served apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
- City & Guilds 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Experience in Electrical Maintenance, with willingness to be multi-skilled in Mechanical Maintenance.
- Working knowledge of SCADA control systems and Siemens PLC systems desirable.
