Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Haslingden, looking for an Engineer Project Coordinator.

Working hours are - Full Time, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

As Engineer Project Coordinator your key responsibilities will be;

  • To liaise with the Engineers at Project Handover for instructions regarding Customer Documentation requirements
  • Liaise directly with the Project Team to ensure all documents meet Customer requirements
  • Assist with "Onboarding" Process as and when necessary
  • Assist with HR Documentation
  • Assist with completion with Reaccreditation for Safe Contractor
  • Manage A01 Documentation
  • Manage submission of all client documentation on Clients Portals
  • Manage document submittal register and documentation tracker for projects
  • Compiling of records and documentation packages for projects
  • Take ownership of the project documentation management system
