A fantastic opportunity has arise for an Internal Sales Coordinator, this role not only ensures smooth operations but also drives sales growth, enhances customer satisfaction, and supports the overall success of the sales and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Enquiries:

    • Efficiently register customer enquiries in the system, ensuring all details are captured accurately to initiate swift action.
    • Engage with customers to clarify their exact requirements, ensuring tailored and precise RFQs (Requests for Quotations).
  2. Sales and Purchase Order Management:

    • Collaborate with Engineering/France to craft compelling and competitive quotations.
    • Proactively follow up on quotations, addressing customer queries promptly to secure business.
    • Seamlessly place customer Sales Orders with the Operations team, driving timely order processing.
    • Place strategic Purchase Orders with suppliers, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project timelines.
  3. Customer Engagement:

    • Maintain regular and proactive communication with customers, keeping them informed about order progress and any updates.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  4. Responsive Customer and Supplier Interaction:

    • Swiftly address any additional requests from customers or suppliers, providing exceptional service.
    • Utilize customer portals effectively for seamless invoicing and communication.
  5. Administrative Excellence:

    • Undertake any additional related duties as needed, including cross-training within the Admin team.
    • Maintain full knowledge and capabilities in all administrative tasks to support team flexibility and efficiency.

    • Take initiative to follow up on pending tasks and potential sales opportunities, preventing issues before they arise.
    • Demonstrate a proactive attitude in all interactions, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
    • Expertly manage varying levels of workload, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
    • Develop detailed and competitive costings and quotations that resonate with customer needs and drive sales.
  2. Customer-Centric Focus:

  3. Superior Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
