SEND Teaching Assistant - Rotherham

You will be required to support learners with their education
Support students to Learn, develop and grow
Support the teacher in delivering the lessons and managing behaviour
Prepare the learning environment
Attend to the students personal care needs and administer medication as required
Be able to work across multi-sites
Accompanying students on trips in the community and work experience placements

*You are required to have a Child and Adult Enhanced DBS or be happy to apply for one.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location: Rotherham
Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: temp to perm contract
Full Time: Monday - Friday
Hours: 08:30 4:30 - Monday & Tuesday, 8:30 - 3:15 - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Permanent Salary: GBP21,189

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child & adult barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
