About the Role:
GSL Education is seeking a dynamic Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Rotherham. This role involves assisting in the delivery of daily educational activities and supporting the broad development of pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the teacher in planning, delivering, and assessing learning activities.
- Assist in managing classroom resources and ensuring a safe learning environment.
- Help students with their educational and social development on an individual and group basis.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve professional skills.
The successful candidate will:
- Have prior experience working in a classroom setting.
- Be enthusiastic about helping children achieve their best.
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
- Hold relevant qualifications in education or childcare.
