Key responsibilities asQuality Manager:
- Responsible for the implementation of policy and procedures across the Quality function of the business, ensuring that there is a focus on Continuous Improvement, cost-effectiveness, and top Customer Service throughout
- Be a solutions provider to internal and external demands in a fast-paced and dynamic business.
- Nurture and drive your team, mentoring, inspiring, influencing, and leading by example to ensure teamwork and collaboration throughout
- Experience in a similar role in an Engineering and Manufacturing environment
- Demonstrable experience in driving Quality efficiency and high standards
- Track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- An excellent communicator, and a great people person who understands the importance of building relationships both internally and with clients.
- An ability to multi-task and manage several projects at any one time.
