An outstanding opportunity is now available for an experienced and talented Architectural Technician to join a well-established Architectural studio in Southampton. Duties:

  • Interpret client briefs and produce working drawings and technical documents for residential projects across the UK
  • Ensure compliance with the latest legislation and building regulations
  • Collaborate effectively within the technical team to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines
  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to generate technical drawings and documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain thorough documentation and records of project progress
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed, fostering their growth and development


Requirements:

  • Degree Qualified in Architecture or similar field (or equivalent qualification)
  • Proven experience working on residential / mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders, specifically in the UK
  • Sound technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of building regulations, specifically related to large-scale Residential schemes
  • Expert user of Revit and AutoCad is essential
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Excellent Technical knowledge
  • Confident delivering projects through RIBA stages 3 - 6
