Private Client Solicitor | Romsey | Full-time | £40,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience
Our client is a well-established firm located in Romsey, Hampshire, providing legal services for individuals, businesses, and property matters.
They are seeking a motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to become part of their busy team in Romsey, specialising in wills, trusts, and probate.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Experienced solicitor with 3+ years PQE in private client law
- Ideally candidates hold STEP or Lifetime Lawyer accreditations or are working towards these (not essential but desirable)
- Driven to provide outstanding legal advice in wills, trusts, and probate
- Skilled at managing and expanding a busy caseload
- Strong client relationship management abilities
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle would be preferable, but not essential.
What will your role look like?
- Drafting complex Wills and Codicils
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Drafting Deeds of Variation
- Handling Probate applications and administration
- Managing Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection
- Providing expert advice on Inheritance Tax and succession planning
