The Transport & Logistics Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting all warehouse and logistics business administration.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Liaise with transport companies and internal suppliers in Europe to raise and follow-up on claims.
  • Update all orders and records within our database (SAP) to ensure accurate shipment costs and purchase orders are tracked.
  • Book export transport and produce required customs paperwork for clearance.
  • Ensure all time and attendance is accurate and log any payroll variances in the system.
     

What you’ll bring:

  •  Experience within an administrative, coordinator, or logistics role or equivalent experience.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication.
  • Self-directed with the ability to prioritise own workload.
