Part time, 12-month contract for Transport Administrator
The Opportunity:
Based in Meldreth (SG8) our client is looking for a Transport Administrator for a temporary, 1 year contract. The role is part-time 21 hours/week Mon-Thurs. There is some flexibility in setting your own hours, and flexibility to work from home 1x/week.
Day to day duties:
·Liaise with transport companies and internal suppliers to raise and follow-up on claims.
·Update all orders and records to ensure shipment costs and purchase orders are tracked.
·Book export transport produce various paperwork.
·Ensure all time and attendance is accurate and log any payroll variances in the system.
The right candidate must bring with them:
·Experience within an administrative, coordinator, or logistics role or equivalent experience.
·High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication.
Pay:
£14 - £14.90 per hour
21 hours per week contracted
