We are currently working with a global, family-run company based on the outskirts of Cambridge who are looking for a Quality Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for updating and maintaining product specifications and user manuals.
- Ensuring all documents comply with relevant standards
- Provide support with internal and external audits
- Keeping accurate records for quality audit purposes
- Administering the Document Change Control
- Project management, implementing product changes where necessary
- Working closely with internal departments as well as global suppliers
About You:
- Previous experience within NetSuite desirable
- Experience within medical devices desirable but not essential
- Data analysis skills would be very useful
- Proactive, team-player, self-motivated
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong administration and data entry skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
