We are looking for a new Clean Room Assembly Operative who can commit to a rotating shift within a busy precision engineering company in the Rugby area.

This role is a mixture of sitting and standing, you will be assembling light, delicate products by hand, using tweezers, hand tools, microscopes and following drawings.

It's a clean, warm environment and there is a relaxed pace of work.

To be considered - you MUST have:

• Experience working within a light, delicate assembly role.
• Have excellent hand / eye coordination.
• Ideally have worked within a cleam room environment (preferred).
• Be able to use precision instruments.
• Be confident enough to work within a smaller team.
• Someone who pays attention to quality / scrap standards.
• Be flexible enough to work the shift ( its set in stone, you cannot work then then then its not worth applying)

This role offers you:

• £13.35 p/hour when on shifts.
• 37 hours paid per week.
