What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with ASD, SLD, or other complex needs.
  • A patient, understanding, and resilient approach to supporting students.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant desirable but not essential).
