We are currently seeking full-time and ad-hoc SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to children with a range of SEN needs, ensuring they can access learning in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Assist with classroom activities, personal care (where required), and social development.
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans.
- Support children in developing communication, independence, and life skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes student well-being.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN or early years learners.
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with children with complex needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to undertake relevant training and development.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
