Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client, who operate a group of Nursing and Residential homes across the midlands is on the hunt for a Home Manager to oversee their care home in Stafford.
As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a salary of up to £65,000, Plus KPI-based bonus, and the chance to progress within the company. Not to mention, you'll have 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays to enjoy.

As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Medium sized Nursing home
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Managing and training staff
  • Handling budget management
  • Upholding high standards of care
