Job Purpose:As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing Manager in implementing various marketing strategies and tasks. Your responsibilities will encompass executing trade and consumer marketing plans, managing promotional materials, digital and print advertising, and maintaining essential customer and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with the creative team by briefing artwork for campaigns.
- Generate content for monthly reports.
- Gather evidence of trade and consumer campaigns.
- Ensure timely execution of assets with customers and vendors.
- Compile performance statistics from customers.
- Sales Support:
- Prepare and update product copy and specifications.
- Create and distribute promotional emails to customers.
- Update internal reports and provide information to the team.
- Assist in asset creation and editing using Adobe Photoshop.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Capability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Well-organised and self-motivated individual.
