What Will You Do?

  • Research & Development: Lead the research in fabricating infrared QD photodetector devices using our proprietary colloidal QDs. Plan experiments, analyse results, and enhance our understanding of device physics.
  • Resource Management: Oversee equipment and software related to device metrology and fabrication processes. Maintain toolsets, equipment, and specify Preventive Maintenance actions.
  • Safety and Communication: Adhere to safety, health, and environment standards, and maintain meticulous lab records. Engage with external partners through technical reports and presentations.

Who Are You?

  • A Ph.D. holder in Physics, Engineering, or Materials Science with at least 2 years of experience in QD semiconductor devices.
  • Proficient in device engineering, particularly in quantum dot devices, and experience in maintaining fabrication equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Organized, and independent, with a talent for prioritising and managing multiple priorities.
