We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to work on a permanent basis in Runcorn. The role primarily involves working on electrochemical plant projects, encompassing manufacturing, refurbishment, and servicing.

Salary is c£28-35,000 per annum plus holidays, pension etc.

The role is working Monday to Friday days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute electrical tasks related to the manufacturing, refurbishment, and servicing of electrochemical plants.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • HNC or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
  • Electrical ticket/certification.
  • Demonstrable experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Background in water, chemical, or oil & gas industries, with experience in pumps, controls, and tanks.
  • Lean manufacturing training or experience.
  • Versatility in handling multiple roles within a project.

Wishlist Skills:

  • Familiarity with electrochemical process equipment.
