The Role: As a Science Teacher in our SEMH School, you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower students who may face various challenges. You will deliver engaging science lessons tailored to individual needs, fostering curiosity and a love for learning within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Differentiate teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Provide individualised support to students with SEMH needs, fostering their academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment and support the holistic development of students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Science, preferably within a SEMH or SEN environment.
- Strong understanding of SEMH needs and strategies for supporting students.
- Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
