Calling all aspiring Content Creators!
Baltic Apprenticeships are pleased to be working alongside our clients who specialise in harnessing the power of social media and compelling content to captivate their audience. From eye-catching TikTok’s and Instagram Reels to informative podcasts and engaging written content, they’re dedicated to delivering content that scales spending and builds brands.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Content Creator Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Create engaging audio-visual content including videos, podcasts, TikTok’s, Reels, and voiceovers
- Develop written content such as blogs, articles, emails, and newsletters
- Produce image-based content including posters, banners, and social media graphics
- Utilise equipment such as cameras, phones, laptops, and a DGI gimbal to capture content
- Assist in creating briefs, scripts, storyboards, mood boards, and updating project management tools
- Evaluate the cost of assets, work within budgets, and analyse ROI
- Upload content to Content Management Systems such as Dropbox, Blabber, and Notion
- Liaise with clients, managers, other departments, and sister companies
- Utilise analytical tools including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Blabber
- Manage scheduling and engagement on social media platforms
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- Salary £14,000.00 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (with an early finish on Fridays for meeting targets)
- Occasional Saturday work required (2 Saturdays per month) from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm with Friday off preceding the Saturday workday
- 22 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
- Free parking at both locations
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Passion for podcasts, writing, and social media content creation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable with good time management skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools
- Understanding of brand building and content strategy
- Grade 5/C in Math's and 4/C in English
