Your new companyHays Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with an established secondary school in Runcorn that is easily accessible via public transport as they are looking to appointment and admin assistant (behaviour) for a full-time permanent contract. This roles' working hours fit around school hours and consist of 8am - 4pm Monday - Thursday and 8am - 3:30pm on Fridays.Your new roleAs an Admin Assistant (Behaviour) you will be working as part of the schools pastoral team, reporting to the deputy head for behaviour, and deliver all aspects of administrative behavioural support, which includes the production of reports, action plans and pupil referrals. You will aid in the transition of pupils from primary to secondary education and centralise/maintain records of behaviour interventions, groups, and external support. In the absence of the schools' main receptionist, you will also be required to cover the schools reception.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful with your application you must have full "Right to Work" in the UK as well as previous referenceable experience in a similar capacity, as well as:

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Be aware of and comply with policies relating to child protection, health and safety, security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting concerns as appropriate
