Job Title – Site Manager

The Company
My client is a well-established bespoke housing developer who is based in the Cheshire area. Due to a large increase in their workload, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to work on a private residential development in the Sutton Weaver area.
The Role
The project consists of 4 new build detached houses which have their own individual bespoke design. The houses are at finishing stages 90% complete, our client is moving his Site Manager to a new project starting.
You will be reporting directly to a Contracts Manager, ensuring the smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors.
- Oversee the day to day operations of the development and monitor progress
- Manage to budget and complete within agreed deadlines
- Manage, motivate and appraise team members
- Maintaining Health and Safety
- Weekly update to Contracts Manager
About You
As a Site Manager you will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressured environment and have proven experiences working to tight deadlines in a high specification environment. Ideally you will have previous experience working on similar bespoke new builds, however experience working for a respectable residential developer will suffice.

For your skills and experience we can offer a contracted rate of £26ph, working 07.30-16.30 minimum of 5 days a week, 45 Hours paid per week.
