As the Pharmacist, you will be responsible for working with a Non Pharmacist Manager to co-ordinate the day to day operations of the pharmacy. This includes team development, and ensuring the pharmacy operates at optimal performance and highest standards. You will have the support of the company through their investments of the centralised dispensing hub and the well-trained Area Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Pharmacist, you will be expected to work alongside the Non Pharmacist Manager:

  • Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS services and Private services and provide healthcare advice to customers according to GPHC standard.
  • Play an active role in supporting the pharmacy and team operationally and professionally to hit key targets.
  • Support the Non Pharmacist Manager to lead, train, support and develop colleagues.
  • Be able to use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, to meet the customers' needs.
  • Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, GP's, and other health professionals.

Profile

You will need:

  • MPharm degree or equivalent
  • Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • At least 1 years' experience.
  • Valid DBS.
