Our client is a leading and rapidly expanding recruitment firm based in Runcorn. With ambitious growth strategies on the horizon, they are dedicated to attracting top-tier talent to fuel their expansion across the North West and beyond.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition/Internal Recruitment Specialist (Rec2Rec) to join the team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing / headhunting, attracting, and retaining top talent to meet our clients' evolving needs.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with directors to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including headhunting, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a seamless transition into the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition/Rec2Rec/Internal Recruitment Specialist or similar role in a recruitment agency or corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the Rec2Rec space would be highly advantageous.
