RG Consultancy are working with an established and expanding client in the Facilities management industry who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team of three on a full time permanent basis.
The Accounts Assistant role will be supported by the Finance manager and will be responsible for the following
- Sales ledger
- Raising invoices
- VAT Returns
- Cash allocation
- KPI reporting
- Running bill reports
- Assisting with Accruals/Prepayments
- Service/Fixed charge reports
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
