We are seeking a part-time Retirement Living Scheme Manager to support our client on a temporary basis covering sickness until at least the end of June, paying between £19.25 - £21.75 per hour.

You'll work 18 hours across Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, starting at 9am and finishing at 3pm. Your new role

  • Complete required audits, compliance checks and health & safety checks and requirements.
  • Identifying any issues with maintenance across the scheme, raising orders and managing reactive repairs on site
  • Void property management, ensuring properties are ready to let and assisting with allocations
  • Maintaining a positive environment for resident engagement
  • Responding to general enquiries, tenancy queries or complaints within agreed timescales
  • Dealing with low levels of anti-social behaviour and issues around the scheme

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of delivering housing & tenancy management services within a social housing environment, working with the elderly would be ideal
  • Good understanding of housing & tenancy management legislation and best practice
  • An understanding of health & safety compliance and management within housing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage diary effectively
