Sales Account Manager Salary: £35000 - £45000 per annum Plus Car allowance Excellent benefits package Commutable from: Wellingborough - Monday to Friday The Profile: The successful Sales Account Manager will have proven experience in Sales and Account Management within a pressurised and competitive environment, ideally from within manufacturing printing however strong performance in other industries will also be considered.  The Role: This Sales Account Manager. As the Sales Account manager your main role will be to ensure the level of sales and profitability meet the company's goals. This will include both Sales and Administrative tasks such as preparing business plans, maintaining records, form and maintain relationships internally, manage existing accounts as well as proactively build relationships with new customers, and ensure financial targets are met etc   Serves as a company leader, overseeing day-to-day operations and focusing on the long-term interests and growth of the business. ·Defines pricing structure for all customers and is responsible for all customer agreements, ensuring profitability throughout. ·Looks for opportunities to grow a business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and works to take advantage of those opportunities ·Responsibility for the whole product range and for development of new products as required by market trend and opportunities - this includes budgeting and cost control of all cost elements such us materials, freight, samples and marketing. ·Analyses sales and other reports that give insight into how a company can make adjustments to improve performance ·Supports customers with technical knowledge and understanding of whole product portfolio, from adhesive and material to printing knowledge of all press types - including the delivery of printing advise directly to commercial printers ·Delivers product and technical training and dispersal of knowledge to whole customer base all internal staff, including European businesses (Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Denmark, The Netherlands) within the group and our Australian business ·Defines marketing strategy and brand identity, including creation of all marketing collateral and technical specifications ·Management of the internal sales team; including hiring, appraisals, personal development and HR activities (formal and informal) ·Works efficiently and calmly within tight deadlines and all internal/external factors The Company: The successful Candidate will be part of a company which is leading the way in its industry, and part of a worldwide organisation boasting over in the UK and overseas.
