Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining accurate financial records.
The main responsibilities
- Processing and verifying invoices in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor files
- Preparing and processing payments checks
- Resolving purchase orders, contracts, and invoice discrepancies
About the Candidate
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excels
- Strong organisational and communication skills
