CLEANER - DRIVING LICENCE NEEDED Location : Wellingborough NN8 Hours : Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (Occasionally these change, but no weekends) Pay rate: £11.50-£12.00 per hour Come and join our client as a New Build Cleaner, in and around Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. **Work starting asap - MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENCE. CSCS Card would be beneficial** Monday to Friday work with shifts typically being between 08:00 and 17:00. What you will be doing as a New Build Cleaner
- Cleaning of newly built houses on building sites.
- Clear debris and remove it from the home.
- Deep clean of all entry doors and passages.
- Deep clean all surfaces and cupboards.
- Deep clean all furnishings.
- Deep clean all light fixtures.
- Deep clean all window frames, panes and interiors.
- Deep clean of all remaining fixtures - Smoke alarms, switches, skirting boards, etc
- Vacuum floors and stairs
- Dust blinds if applicable
Experience needed
- Cleaning on new build housing sites. You must have experience in this field. Commercial, domestic and office cleaning is not sufficient.
- Clean UK Licence must be held, for insurance purposes.
- CSCS card would be beneficial.
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to working.
