Our client is looking to recruit several production operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Job Responsibilities:
As a production operative your duties will include:
- Work safely by following the SOP guidelines
- Complete a visual safety inspection of the equipment prior to operation
- Pack and label finished goods in preparation for shipment
- Operate the machinery and monitor it continuously to optimise running conditions
- Noting faults and reporting to maintenance as required
- Recording the weights on the production documentation and bulk bag
- Complete all other paperwork associated with the process
- Maintaining output, quality, and waste targets
- To ensure all raw materials, scrap and finished goods are accurately documented and recorded
- Continuous quality checks
- Follow a 'clean as you go' policy

6am - 6pm
Monday - Thursday
Optional Friday overtime
£11.44 per hour
£25000 per annum
