Key Responsibilities:
In this Sous Chef position, you'll:
- Assist in managing food costs and achieving GP targets
- Train and guide kitchen staff on dish specs, portion control, and standards
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and storage procedures
- Maintain hygiene standards and ensure HACCP compliance
- Keep accurate records for cleaning schedules, temperatures, and food labelling
- Support smooth kitchen operations and collaborate with front-of-house teams
