Electrician
Key Responsibilities:
As a Mobile Electrician, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Conducting electrical tasks such as electrical installation condition reports, emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, fault finding, and electric certification completion.
- Providing accurate quotes for electrical test remedial work.
- Ensuring all electrical work adheres to the latest IEE Wiring regulations and British Standards.
- Prioritising Health & Safety by employing risk assessments, method statements, and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Diagnosing jobs thoroughly, identifying necessary materials, and coordinating with other trades for project completion.
Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (Essential).
- 18th Edition qualification (Desirable).
- 2391 or equivalent in Inspecting and Testing (Desirable).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in an electrical maintenance/building environment.
